Teen Martial Arts
Teenagers will learn a variety of Martial Arts with an emphasis on traditional and sport Taekwondo. They will be challenged physically and mentally, allowing them to develop the skills needed to handle stress in their transition into adulthood.
Through the rigorous training and curriculum, students will improve in their strength, endurance, and coordination.
These motivational group sessions will help students reach past their limits to achieve "the greatest version of themselves."
It is important that teens develop the strong social and personal skills that are necessary for a positive life. These skills will be invaluable in their pursuit of a higher education and a successful future career. Through our Martial Arts and Mentorship program, teens will develop the following virtues:
