Teen & Adult Taekwondo
The class will emphasize on traditional and sport Taekwondo. Teens will be challenged physically and mentally, allowing them to develop the skills needed to handle stress in their transition into adulthood. As for adults, the class will help relieve tension from your busy work life and promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Martial Arts Fitness
This class consist of a circuit training with both strength training exercises and cardio kickboxing drills.
